Ruchi Panara - Physical Therapist.

Ruchi Panara is a licensed physical therapist with over a decade of patient care experience helping individuals restore movement, reduce pain ,  inflammation and  improve the quality of life.

Ruchi holds a masters degree in Physical Therapy from the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi University of health and sciences, India. Ruchi posses advanced clinical knowledge with a deep commitment to patient centered care. Throghout her career, she worked across diverse health care settings , including outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centers and sports medicine facilities, treating patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Ruchi specializes  in orthopedic rehabilitation , sports injuty recovery, neurologial rehabilitation and auto injury rehabilitation.  She is known for her evidence based approach and personalized treatment plans. Ruchi is passionate about ongoing continuing education and new treatment modalities. She stays current with latest research and techniques in physical therapy, often participating in workshops  and professional development programs. 

Ruchi believes in empowering patients with knowledge and tools to take an active role in their recovery.  Wether working with post operative patients , athletes or individuals, Ruchi brings compassion, expertise and dedication to every patient and every session.

Dolores Brito - Physical Therapist Assistant.

Dolores Brito is a licensed physical therapist assistant . She graduated from South University , Tampa in 2013.

Prior to that, Dolores obtained a diploma in fitness and nutrition from Penn Foster career school.

Dolores is bilingual in English and Spanish . she has excellence in compassioante treatment of individuals with stroke, spine injuries, joint replacement, work injuries, auto injuries and geriatric care.

Dolores also enjoys working with patients with balance coordination issues, postural stabilazation, gait training, locomotion training and therapeutic exercises.

Dolores has been treating patients for the past 12 years with dedication and commitment to improve quality of life and get you back to enjoying your family
