Dr. Syed Hasan, MD
Dr. Syed Hasan is a well-known internal medicine practitioner. He is currently working at Genesis Medical Center, based in Tampa as a pain management physician. He is an accomplished and exceptionally qualified physician board-certified in internal medicine.
As a part of his education, Dr. Hasan attended Dow Medical College, where he obtained his medical degree. He then completed his residency in internal medicine at NYU Lutheran Medical Center.
Dr. Hasan primarily sees patients for:
- Chronic pain
- Joint pain
- General body pain
- Pain arising from auto injury.

Dr. Bino Rucker, MD
Dr. Bino Rucker, MD studied undergraduate and medical school at the University of Virginia. He proceeded to do his surgery training at Sloan-Kettering New York Hospital. Dr. Rucker is an avid reader, mindfulness advocate, and believes in healing rather than symptom suppression. After dedicating over a decade to surgical management of urologic cancers, Dr Rucker shifted his focus to integrative and functional medicine in 2011.
Since then he has developed expertise in the following areas:
- IV infusions
- Ketamine management
- Advanced techniques of ozone and stem cell care
- Cannabis management
- Male and female bio identical hormonal care

Dr. David B Cilbrith, MD
David B Cilbrith MD, has great passion for helping patients get better and live a full productive life.
He graduated from Miami school of Medicine in 1980.
He did his residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center from 1980 to 1983, after which he joined the US Navy as chief medical officer(LCDR) and served until 1986.
Dr David Cilbrith has practiced in primary care settings, pain management clinics and auto injury clinics for the past 43 years.
He is Fluent in Englsih and Spanish.
Dr Cilbrith is empathic with great bedside manners. He reads over 30 medical journals monthly to keep up to date with current medical events.
